In a nation that thinks The Olive Garden (or the local Chef Wu’s) is exotic cuisine, it’s not surprising that adult entertainment involving non-white performers is marketed as “fetish” to the basest consumer. While I enjoy some categories of ethnic erotica the titles are so often cringeworthy that I have to take a pass on principle.
Exhibit A. I’d wager that Asian women the world over wish Full Metal Jacket had never been made. The throwaway lines “Me so horny” and “Me love you long time” have been fodder for jokes and pop songs since the movie was released almost 20 years ago. I have to hand it to them though: the geniuses of the porn marketing world do get right down to the point.
The point being that white dudes with “O” fetishes are really fucking creepy. It almost goes without saying that the Asiaphiles who buy this stuff (the guys who will bend your ear about “coveted” tight Asian twats at every opportunity) haven’t spent more than five minutes speaking with an Asian female they weren’t paying by the hour.
Another fine example. I have it on good authority that “Inseminated by 2 Black Men” includes an actual midget (with a huge dong) who goes by the name L’il Pimp. Make of this what you will. Though the contrasting skin tones can make for some hot scenes, interracial videos are marketed squarely at the troglodyte demographic.
Interracial videos play to the cuckold fantasies of white men: super-sized black men plucking innocent white flowers while you watch. “Cockzilla” here makes my point rather eloquently: the women are an afterthought. It’s all about potent nigger dicks pumping sweet young snowflakes full of deadly nigger juice.
Y’know, this heah miscegenation of the races bein’ wrong n all.
Methinks the white guys who bring these videos home have more of a hankering for black horse cocks than they’re letting on. Which leads to an obvious question: Is there any work in Porn Valley for black dudes with average-sized, or even merely large, endowments?
Okay, so ethnic porn isn’t always about the stereotypes, I get it, but “Women of Color”? C’mon. If I didn’t know better I’d think this video was being marketed to graduates of the Smith College Women’s Studies department. Right idea, maybe, but what a boring title.
There’s plenty of hot, sex-positive erotica emerging on the internets—alternative, glamour, fetish, and amateur girl-next-door to name but a few categories that are heating up right now. But there’s a catch. The producers of new wave erotica don’t seem that interested in non-white models and performers. I don’t think it’s intentional, necessarily: we just live in a culture that values white beauty above all else. Chances are that first magazine you snuck a peep at on the newsstand was a Playboy or a Hustler featuring page after page of lily white. The message is internalized. “Women of Color” aren’t so much excluded as overlooked, easily filed away under fetish.
This is where ethnorotica comes riding in on a multi-hued horse. Just as there are alternatives to “cum-soaked fuckholes,” there are alternatives to “me luv u long time.” We’re going to shine a light on the best in ethnic erotica and maybe, just maybe, jam your cultural radar while we’re at it.

The intersections of porn and ethnicity are fascinating, and telling – once you combine American libidos with American marketing, everyone starts revealing some sort of ugly truth. The truth is that white men control the purse strings of the adult entertainment industry, and therefore mandate that porn is full of white male fantasy. After awhile, white male fantasy becomes American fantasy; everyone internalizes the standards, taboos and behaviors of porn and shapes their fantasies around it.
There are a few things you might consider mentioning on this page, or at least the site. One is a category of race-fetish you don’t appear to discuss here: brown sugar. I would argue that white men on black women is the archetypal race-driven fantasy; white men on Asian women is a later development. Each particular color of the ethnic rainbow has its own sexual stereotypes, with black people being the most hypersexualized; where Asian women are fetishized as submissive, black women are fetishized as sex machines (as are black men, obviously).
Also, there’s what is missing in the adult entertainment landscape. Asian men almost never appear – they’re feminized, or treated as asexual brainiacs. As far as porn is concerned, Asian men are sitting at home studying for their computer science finals while the rest of America is off on some interracial romp directed and produced by white men.

Lets be accurate – the porn industry is manifestly controlled not just by generic white men, but white JEWISH men. Since we’re on the subject of race and porn, we ought to consider the whole picture.
